Employee status. Employees transferred under paragraph (b

Contracts. All contracts entered into by the department of veterans affairs

11of safety and professional services shall carry out any obligations under such a
12contract until the contract is modified or rescinded by the department of safety and
13professional services to the extent allowed under the contract.
